EXCHANGE POLICY
 
During our event hours, you may exchange your purchase or return your purchase for a full refund. After the event, if you find that there is a defect or a problem with your purchase, we offer equal exchanges on our merchandise for up to 30 days from the purchase date.  Sorry, no returns for cash refunds.  After 30 days from your purchase date, should you find that there is a defect or a problem with your purchase, please contact the manufacturer for their warranty on the product.  The manufacturer's warranty information and contact information can be found within the packaging information that came with your purchase.

1.      A detailed description of the problem
2.      Purchase date and sale location.
